Fall Compost Operations Trainings Are on the Way
CREF is hosting two Compost Operations Training Courses this fall. Join us to build practical, science-based skills for planning, running, and optimizing composting operations.
Dates and locations
October 27–31, 2025 • Novi, Michigan
Hosted with support from the Michigan Organics Council. The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is subsidizing 15 registrations to increase accessibility for Michigan-based composters. A limited number of seats remain.
Note: The Early Bird discount for the Michigan course ended September 15, 2025.
November 17–21, 2025 • Fort Collins, Colorado
Returning to Colorado for a second year in alignment with statewide education requirements for compost facility staff and in collaboration with the Colorado Composting Council. Early Bird pricing is available until October 6, 2025.
