Shawn Bruckman is the on-site facilitator for the CREF’s Compost Operations Training Courses. With over a decade of experience in the compost industry, she has designed and implemented compost programs that span all sectors of organics management, from commercial and community collection to food and yard waste processing. As a Certified Compost Operations Manager, she demonstrates best practices in the industry and strives to promote resource management through composting. She is a twice-published author, and her work has been endorsed by Colorado State University and approved by Colorado Academic Standards for STEM education.
